hi,
we are running v-ray 2.00.01 for maya 2012.
v-ray is installed to a network share and for the most part has been working without issue.
over the past week we've started to see errors on random machines on random jobs as soon as v-ray is loaded.
frequently as soon as the frame fails, the same host will retry the same job and will then succeed. i'm not seeing any discernible pattern and have confirmed that the unc path is available to the host reporting the error.
v-ray: starting render
v-ray: loading plugins from "\\moon\pipeline\pub\bin\win32\vray\vray22001\maya _vray\vrayplugins/vray_*.dll
v-ray error: error loading plugin library "\\moon\pipeline\pub\bin\win32\vray\vray22001\maya _vrayplugins\vray_[randomName].dll" (14001)
it's not always the same .dll that will not load, nor the same number of .dlls that fail each time the problem occurs.
additionally, render.exe is a batch file run off the same server (moon) so if i was not seeing that host, the job wouldn't get as far along as it is.
does this sound familiar?
