I have a particular scene (.vrscene) which I'm rendering on 10 machines using DR (V-Ray standalone bundled with V-Ray for Maya). However, I'm noticing that the CPU is only working at around 25%-28% throughout the rendering (8 core machines, all cores working but not at 100%). All shaders are completely procedural. Is this something that could happen in certain scenarios or does it sound like something's wrong?
I'm on nightly build 23395, Windows 7 64-bit.
