Maya crash when closing VRAY RT

Hey,

VRAY RT it self works great, but 1 out of 3 times I close the RT window (Using the Vray Frame Buffer), Maya crashes.

I have attached the crash report Maya generates.

Vray 2.40.01

Maya 2014
Mac OSX 10.9.1
Intel Core i7
8GB ram
Using CPU only

From the crash dump we can conclude that it is related to the IES lights.

Probably you've changes something related to the IES lights in the scene during the RT rendering and it caused a crash.

It would be very helpful if you can remember what have you changed in your scene, so we can try to reproduce it.
If you can provide the scene, it would also be helpful.

Cheers. I'm not touching the IES lights in RT, but I'll try just disabling them, and see if that prevents the crashes.
