    Hi,
It is a warning, not an error. The error is not here. Do you have any other message ? (and the real error)

Have you logged out after the installation is completed?

During the installation there is an option to register V-Ray license server as service.
Please check it in order to have the license server running at start up.

You can start and stop V-Ray license server as follows:
          sudo /etc/init.d/vrlsvcctl start
          sudo /etc/init.d/vrlsvcctl stop

You can also use the chkconfig command to add it to services as follows:
          sudo /sbin/chkconfig --add vrlsvcctl

and after that you can check the status stop and restart it using:
          sudo /sbin/service vrlsvcctl status
          sudo /sbin/service vrlsvcctl start
          sudo /sbin/service vrlsvcctl stop
          sudo /sbin/service vrlsvcctl restart
