    Oh my god no!
This is so weird and it feels like it acts like a virus...

Okay, so here's the deal. If you open up the Window -> Animation Editors -> Expression Editor (and filter on script name; Select filter -> By script/node name), you should be able to find an expression in there which is causing this mischief.

I have NO idea where this came from originally but it pops up here sometimes. Sorry for this.

EDIT: Also, after having cleaned out that godforsaken expression make sure that Y is up in Maya's global settings too. I'm afraid this expression may again be inside the file I emailed to support@...

This issue should be fixed in the latest night builds for both 2.xx and 3.xx.

Please test and report if there are further problem.

I don't see anything on this in the release notes from October 10th, build 25052. Should I wait until the next 2.45 nightly is published?

Rev 25052 should has the fix in it. The change log for the 2.45 night builds is not 100% correct, because of limitations of our system at the moment.

Allright, I see. I'll download, install and give it a go!

              Many thanks again.
