Best way to submit a reproducible bug?

Hi,

I've gotten used to emailing support each time I find a bug (or something I believe should be considered a broken feature ) but it seems there's also some online ticket system which perhaps I should be using ...? (can't seem to find it anymore though)

And there's this forum.

I was just wondering, unless my case is somehow sensitive (beta/NDA or top secret project type of stuff) ... do you just want me to report these things here in the forums instead, perhaps, or where would you prefer I send such reports?

Any way that is convenient for you works. Sending it to support is probably the best way - emails sent to support@chaosgroup.com automatically enter our ticketing system and the communication can be tracked down easily, if needed.

However keep in mind that the developers don't usually check the ticketing system themselves. If you also post here, the chances are bigger that me or one of the other developers will see your issue and enter it into the bug tracker directly or suggest a work-around, if there is any.
