I've gotten used to emailing support each time I find a bug (or something I believe should be considered a broken feature
) but it seems there's also some online ticket system which perhaps I should be using ...? (can't seem to find it anymore though)
And there's this forum.
I was just wondering, unless my case is somehow sensitive (beta/NDA or top secret project type of stuff) ... do you just want me to report these things here in the forums instead, perhaps, or where would you prefer I send such reports?
