  • Subframes in vraymesh/alembic

    Hello,

It's a pain to always have to convert everything into a vraymesh. And if we inject alembic file into a vrayproxy we don't get subframe motion blur. Is there a way around it than to always have to convert it to a vraymesh?

    Any suggestions?

    regards

Hm, that should work fine, I think - Alembic does support sub-frame motion blur internally, whereas .vrmesh files most definitely do not. Can you post a scene that is giving you trouble?

    Best regards,

I can't share it in public, where should I send it?

We have actually solved it. It was a problem with Maya and subframes. It had nothing to do with vray.
