Maya 2014 Batch Rendering Vray 3.0

After following all the instructions on the Docs for network based installation, our local installs of Maya are able to Use Vray. GREAT!

One issue that has arrisen is batch rendering.

When a user selects "batch render" they get some output saying "vray is rendering...."
however when its doesn it spits out mayarenderlog.txt and within it is the following.

Warning: line 0: Unrecognized node type for node 'vraySettings'; preserving node information during this session.
File read in 0 seconds.
Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2014/scripts/others/mayaBatchRenderProcedure.mel line 305: The renderer vray is not registered yet.
Error: file: C:\Users\dbray\AppData\Local\Temp\ASTCD5E2648.tmp line 27: Scene S:/VFX/Block_4/RUN/Pipeline/3D/scenes/untitled__3860.mb failed to render.

If we are in Maya , and in Vray settings, Turn on Animation, and in render view

Check:
Use Vray VFX

Uncheck:
Hide Render View
Hide Vray VFX in batch mode
Disable render region...

and If I click the teapot in the top right itll render the animation in the VFB.

However If I just choose to batch render I get the error above.
Any ideas?

If we send a vray 3.0 job to some nodes to render, we get this error.

I'm not clear on how you are doing the batch render is it out of maya? Or are you submitting to a render manager of some sort?

With network based install, you need to have a cmd file which declares the environments before starting any process. So maya batch needs to be run the same way, that's probably why it does not load it.

Would you please let us know what steps you have followed to complete the installation along all config files, settings etc?
Does the issue disappear if you install V-Ray normally not via network based installation?
