  • Reflection color opposite of what it is supposed to be

So I've seen this before but I don't remember what I did to solve the problem.

So when I have a reflective object that is pink for some reason the reflections come out green. What's the solution to keep this from happening?
    Thanks!

If you set the reflection color to pink, the diffuse color will be green in order to preserve the energy. In 3ds Max, there is an option to disable this bahaviour (and produce physically incorrect result), but it's not added to Maya yet.

In this case I didn't even do that. I have a blend material. The base material is pink. The coat material is a glass-like shader with a plain white reflection. The result is that the reflections are green.

Can you post a scene with the material?

        Best regards,
