RT Black Screen

I've noticed RT has been inconsistent on a project to project basis. Sometimes it works fine without a hitch, other times I have results like this:



There is nothing special about this scene, it's a simple building model exported as an OBJ from SketchUp at 1:1 scale.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Can you send the scene to the supprot for investigation?

Also would you get the same problem if you run RT in the VFB and not in the viewport?

Support resolved my issue, I had to go under Windows Services and stop VRayMayaSpawner. Everything seems to be working normally again.
