  • XGen Fur with Use Camera Path in LC

    I got a scene with some XGen groomed fur in it. It renders fine, but when I check Use Camera Path in LC the scene gets stuck on translating geometry (around 40%). This both happens localy, and in batch render. And both on windows and linux. Im using the 3.1 stable build.

    The groom is not animated btw.
    Its not a big deal, as I can get around it (after finally figuring out what caused the problem). But I thought it was worth reporting still.

      We are unable to reproduce the problem - can you send us a minimal scene that reproduces it?

        The cleaned and stripped file was abit too big for a forum upload, but I hope this contains what you need to reproduce it.
        There is a mesh cut modifier. Maybe thats whats not working togheter with using camera path?
        This file will render fine without it checked anyway (takes some time to generate the fur however). But wont get passed compiling geo with camera path checked.

          We reproduced the problem - it would just take a looot of time to continue with the export. This will be fixed in the nightlies in a few days if you have access to them
