Hey guys,
This is the first time I am rendering a commercial project with GI.
It becomes infinitely harder to deal with since I don't really know what the options truly do. I only have a rough idea. Anyway, we were initially doing irradiance maps with Prepass and then switching that to Animation before rendering. As for the LightCache, we set it to flythrough or multiframe incremental.
After playing around for awhile. I am quite confused and due to needing to upload to the farm, I decided to go with primary - Brute Force and secondary Light Cache (frame)
However, the scene still seems to have issues and the irradiance map or light cache is affecting it. Its almost like my scene file is contaminated by ghost information. So in this new setting, we have one frame at the end where the bright light disappears.
and during the IR or LC cache earlier on, my guys did tell me that it would stop caching at the last frame. So we suspect that the cache is causing this problem
