  • Toon RenderElement

i thouth its possible to get the VrayToon as separat RenderElement...?
is this a max only feature..?

I would need just the outlines as a black an white RenderElement.
The beauty pass should be without Toon.

It goes to the atmospheric render element.

any chance we could seperate that from the beaty...
at the moment we have to render twice...

As ivaylo.ivanov Toon information goes into Atmosphere element.
At the moment it is not possible to separate it from the Beauty pass but it is possible to reconstruct the Beauty pass from the other render elements and then add on top of it the Atmosphere element which as discussed is the Toon contribution.

I guess we can have something like an extraVolume RE similar to extraTex RE, but we haven't look into this.

the outline is also in the render elements... you cant reconstruct a clean beauty...

I did a quick test and I didn't see any Toon information in other render elements but maybe the scene I used was too simple.
In what render elements(except Athmosphere) do you see Toon contribution?

It might be a good idea to test 3.10.01 then, I have no Toon information in the render elements (except Athmosphere) with that version.
