Slow nightlies server?

Hi,

I've noticed over the last few weeks that we can only download at 24kbps from the Chaosgroup servers. Not a big deal as I rarely use nightlies but it does take about 3 hours to download a build of V-Ray. I'm not sure it is on our end as speedof.me/speedtest etc.. are all fine. I thought I should mention this.

Would it be possible to send us the the IP address of the server reached by executing the following command in Command prompt :
ping www.chaosgroup.com
and
ping download.chaosgroup.com

Actually we don't see any problems at our side.
Do you have the same problem when downloading V-Ray builds from our Web site download section? If it goes well then the problem might be in your International internet connection.

Thanks for the confirmation, I hope I haven't been an inconvenience. It was like this for over a week before I thought to start this thread.

Just wanted to chime in that we are also getting slower downloads lately. About 140 KB/s now and it used to be several MB/s earlier.
Same speed from downloads.chaosgroup.com as nightlies.

Could you please ping download.chaosgroup.com as snivlem did, so we could check the server that you are reaching?

This might as well be an issue with your ISP or our servers might have been overloaded by that time. Could you try to download the build again and let us know if its still slow.

Chaos Group servers are the only ones slow for us.
Same speed today. Not a big problem since it's rarely a panic thing to download a new version.
