Reflection and Refraction IOR unlock issue

hi, when i export from substance with vray preset there is a ior map and if i unlock the "lock reflection IOR to refraction IOR" and put the map at unlocked reflection ior, the refraction ior still affects my material but i dont have any refraction on my material or maps. is this a bug? and if i NOT unlock the reflection IOR and put the IOR map in refraction IOR directly the results of the material are not the same. what should i do? or what is the right way to plug that maps to vray material.

Would it be possible to provide a scene along screenshot of the result you got into your environment for investigation?
Let us also know the exact version of V-Ray and Maya that you are using.
