Undersized VFB numerical input boxes on 4K monitor

On my 4K monitor I'm seeing undersized readouts for the input values on the VFB adjustment sliders. It's not a huge problem but I was hoping 3.5 would address the issue, or maybe there's simply a solution I've just overlooked. Does anyone else experience this issue?

Windows 7, Maya 2017 Update3, Vray 3.52.01
