  • Reflection glossiness and specular render elements

    Hi,

I just want to clarify something, when i've asked about having the reflection glossiness render element supported by Cuda renders, like the cpu, I keep getting told that the glossiness is in the specular pass. Clearly when you render the, specular and reflection glossiness produce quite different results, so whats going on I'm presuming we should have direct correlation with the renderpasses in cpu and gpu.

I'm old and quite stupid so help me out

If I understand you correctly, you need the vrayRE_Reflection_glossiness pass supported by the GPU, right ?
If it was that easy, it would have already been done
