  • Toon lines don't render in orthogonal cameras in 3.52

Sometimes I use the VRayToon lines to create top-down floorplans like this:

Name:	top_down.jpg
Views:	1
Size:	89.1 KB
ID:	887536

But as of 3.52, toon lines won't show up if you render top, front or side cameras. They'll show up in a normal perspective camera, but if you add the "camera settings" attributes and change its type to 'Orthogonal', they'll disappear.

    Simple test scene attached:

    *edit*
Whoops, just realized that this has been mentioned over in the 3dsMax forum:
    https://forums.chaosgroup.com/showth...on-not-working
But since I don't see it mentioned in the Maya forum, I'll leave this up.

    Hi Jason,

We just fixed it for the next service pack release of V-Ray for Maya plugin. You can also get the latest nightly build if you have access.
