V-Ray 3.60.01 vs. 3.52.02 different noise behaviour (Maya 2015, Win7)

Hallo guys,

we have noticed some differences in noise pattern between 3.5 and 3.6. Here is the difference image:



The difference is very subtile and will hopefully never affect our production, but maybe it will become an issue for somebody. The only reason we report that, is that the new version seems to have more noise than the old one. So I think it's important to let the devs know about it. But again, it's not a showstopper at all.

I also attached a simple scene (we can reproduce the issue with this scene on our side).

This is most probably due to optimization of the Adaptive lights. If someone have issues whit this please let us know and we will investigate further.
