Denoiser updates constantly on IPR mode

I have the update frequency set to 0 in my denoiser settings, but when I use the IPR mode (CPU rendering) it updates crazy often. I have to manually disable it and re-enable it when I switch back and forth from IPR to frame rendering.

I'm not able to reproduce it on my end. Can you share what V-Ray and Maya version you're using? If possible sharing a scene would also be helpful if it happens to be something scene related.
