Maya direct light "illuminate by default" issue to renderable curve

  • Maya direct light "illuminate by default" issue to renderable curve

    It seem maya direct light "illuminates by default" set off, the renderable curve did not obey that. the curve is still illuminate bi light.
    How to replicate the issue, create a curve, make it renderable, put the curve inside of box. and create direct light, turn off illuminate by default. and render it,the result is the curve is lit by direct light (it should be dark because it inside the boxes.)
    we test vray 3.40.06 & 3.52.03 as for maya 2016 extension 1 sp5

    btw is there another way to ling linking renderable curve?
