Frame buffer snapshot

Could we have a snapshot button that captures a wireframe from the viewport, handy for doing a quick render region.

You can use the IPR Debug Shading set to Wireframe and afterward use the 'Copy current channel to clipboard' button to make a snapshot of the VFB.
