VFB docked or in a tab

It would be great if the VFB could be in a Maya UI tab, or be somehow docked into the UI. I find that I'm constantly opening and closing the VFB, and it's especially frustrating when it forces itself ontop of other program windows.

I'm on MacOS, which could have something to do with the general window sorting.
