chaos cloud: honor ocio config

posting here because there isn't a dedicated chaos cloud forum, but it would be great to have the ocio config be used/honored in chaos cloud.

Hi jawetch,

Since the latest released Client App 1.15.0 version, the OCIO support was also added to the Chaos Cloud. Simply download and install the update of the Client App from here.
