Auto open multi channel .exr (Windows 10)

Hi all

Large print res multichannel .exrs can take 10 min+ to open in Photoshop.

I was wondering if there is a way to automatically open .exrs as they finish rendering and saving the renders down as a .psd file and closing.

Would also be nice to have these 32bit field stacked to the correct blending modes.
I have this setup as an Action, so would just need to run this.

Have you tried exr-io I found it notably faster than pro exr for multilayer exrs

Opening time down from 27min to 2 min, on a 9K 32 channel/layered file.
