We revisited this a while back and gave up once again.
There's too many unknowns to solve for a stable behavior.

For example - what's the expected behavior when you change a key in your animation while motion blur is enabled? We couldn't figure out how to handle that, among other things.
We could re-export everything and restart IPR, the result will be correct, but it's going to be very slow.
We could just ignore key changes, but this will make the code overcomplicated, as we need to update key changes and it works correct as it is now (without motion blur).

Is there some kind of non perfect version for IPR? The reasons why I miss it so much was for object motion blur, like spinning car wheels. It used to be really useful to gauge if a wheel was spinning to fast or not. Id settle for something that gives a general idea of the speed but isnt technically perfect.

We can revisit this again in the future, but I can't promise when that will be.
