Enable Light Cache in IPR - refreshing

Hi,

When enabling the Light Cache in IPR, I find it pretty annoying to have the light cache refresh each time you do anything.
What would you think to rather have a button to "refresh the light cache", or maybe refresh the light cache ONLY when lights are changed ?
I think that there is no particular need to refresh the light cache constantly, which can be pretty slow on heavy scenes...

Our plan is to improve the interactivity with LC in general. We still need to dig a bit deeper into this, but if we manage to get where we want, there shouldn't be a need for any additional settings.
