    Would it be possible to add a uniform subdivision to the subdivision options?
    My guess is that the render time tessellation would be much faster than the view dependent/adaptive one.
    To us that would cover 95 % of all subd renders we do.

    This would save us a lot of time and create a cleaner workflow, taking away all polySmooth nodes in the scene that we have to add prior to rendering

    It is possible, of course, but might take some time to implement... will make a note for it.
