    It would be great to be able to link reflections.
    This would allow you to turn on and off certain objects in other objects reflections.
    Unlike the global visible in reflections this is object based.
    Would be great to have to have objects that are only visible in reflections to certain objects.
    For example have white bounce cards for a cg car but the same cards should not be visible in the background.
    Hope to see this in a future version.
    I programmed something like that for mr.
    Shouldnt be to hard.
    You basically ned to give an object an id and that have the shader only take reflections from objects with this id.

    Would be nice. I always thought it was hard to implement, but this doesn't sound too difficult (to a naive non-programmer ).

      You can program something like this easily for V-Ray as well... In any case it is on the "to do" list.

          Hi,
          any news on this?
          Still on the list?
          It would be great to get this working with render elements so you can output passes seperate for matte objects.
          at the moment I cant get all the right passes in one render.
          e.g.
          bg reflection
          bg shadow pass
