  • Physical camera attr compatible with referencing and/or presets

    Would it be possible when referencing cameras in to carry across Vray attributes, specifically the physical camera?

    Currently when referencing in a camera with physical camera attribute applied I have to keep applying the physical camera and settings each time which isn't very efficient.

    Hm, that would be more on the Maya side of things; I would have thought that referencing a node brings in all its dynamic attributes as well...

      Yeah I thought it might be as unfortunately doesn't appear do this with the extra vray attributes assigned to a node with referencing . I think the physical camera attr would need an actual node associated with it for this to be referenced in, is it not possible to hook into the camera node? Failing that the ability to integrate presets into the vray attributes could be a handy short term solution?

        A VrayCameraProperty node to add properties on camera ? (like a vray objectproperty)
        To add many cameras into physical cameras with same physicales values ?
