Global subdivision enable/disable checkbox

Hi,

It'd be nice to have a check-box to enable/disable subdivision rendering (like RT has), maybe put right below the displacement checkbox in Render Globals > V-Ray > Global Options. Thanks,

While we're on the subject of subdivisions, setting the default sub-d levels to a sane value like 4 or 5 instead of 256 might be nice as well.

I can't tell you how many times I've found artists putting sub-d properties on shapes and leaving them at the default, which is pretty painful to debug.
