I've scoured the node and not really seen this anywhere. While it's pretty straightforward to calculate your actual f-stop value by scaling it yourself, it would just be a bit more intuitive and easy to use if there was some sort of "Scene Scale" knob in the VRay Physical Cam node that we could use to act as a multiplier against the f-stop.
Often times, scenes will be shrunk/enlarged by a factor of 100 depending on what we're working on and changing Maya's unit system can be problematic.
Again, not a huge deal at all, just a nice quality of life change.
As a note to anyone with scaled scenes, f-stop scales perfectly identical to your scene. f2.8 becomes f0.028 (scene enlarged 100x) or f208 (scene shrunk 100%) for example.
