V-ray camera perspective matching?

As Maya itself lacks any tools to do this, (I see Max 2014 has a new perspective match tool) a utility like this would be handy in situations where you have to try and match the camera perspective to a photographic backplate by eye.

I do realise it may be beyond the scope of V-ray however.

I swear back in like Maya 4.5, several years ago now, Alias did have something like this built in. Maya Live I think it was called, but then they, or Autodesk later came out with MatchMover and it got scrapped.

Anyway, TBH think this is pretty far outside of V-Ray, check out Matchmover though:
