  • Skip frames that were already rendered

    Hello,

Is there a way to tell VRay (on command-line) to only render frames that do not exist yet on disk ?

The command-line for maya software renderer allows this option :

    render -rep boolean
"Do not replace the rendered image if it already exists"

    Cheers.

There is no way to do this right now; it has been on the "to do" list for a while and we'll get to it at some point.

Although -skipExistingFrames was supported in the stand-alone, it is not supported in Maya Batch (-rep flag)?
