Gamma toggle for color picker

This may already be implemented and I just don't know about it, but it would be really nice for people who use a linear workflow to have a toggle button next to the color picker that will add a gamma adjustment to the color you just picked. As it stands, I've been finding the color I want in photoshop, saving that out as a 5x5 pixel image bring that into maya and apply the gamma correction to that.

Am I missing something or is there really no easier way to do this?

This is a feature Autodesk should implement and they're trying to do it in Maya 2015ext1 and Maya 2016.
