    Hello,

    i think it would be really useful to be able to remap the simulated RGB colour inside of the VolumeGrid Container/Color Rollout. It is already possible with the Input set to Smoke but unfortunately the remap ramp does not work when i switch the input to RGB. Maybe you could add an option to turn the remap ramp on off no matter which Input is chosen?

    It would be great to be able to tweak the simulated colour after the sim.

    Any thoughts on this?

    We will probably add a volume grid texture like in Phoenix FD. In this way you can sample any channel and use more complicated shading network
    V-Ray/PhoenixFD for Maya developer
