  • V-Ray RT support for Projection mapping maya node and Dispersion

    Are these challenging to implement to support in RT?
    When you work with CAD files it's very convenient to project decals with Projection node, then deal with UV's, and RT doesn't seem to support Projection or Dispersion yet.

    Hm, I remember we did some work on the Projection texture and it should work, although perhaps not in all modes. I will check.

    Yes, dispersion is planned.

      Just double checked. Projection works, partially.

      1. moving place3DTexture node rotating/translating, doesn't update in viewport.
      2. Wrap U, Wrap V in place2DTexture node is no respected by CUDA RT.
