Vray Light Select: Refraction and GI

hello!
I think i may be asking for a bit here and a masive wish!
the main reson in the past iv been asking for LPE is mainly because i needed Refraction and GI in the light select RE and i know this could be done in lpe.

is there any way to get Refraction and GI in to Light select for each individual lights???

well actuly it the only render i will ever willing to use! at work they ask me to use Clarissa and spend 2 days training! Still refuses to switch from V-ray! it soo awsome!
