Wish: Show arrow & hourglass instead of just hourglass when rendering

One great feature of V-Ray is that you can work in Maya while V-Ray is rendering.

But while V-Ray is rendering, it turns my cursor into an hourglass. This makes it difficult to click on things accurately.

Could you guys use the other icon (the one with the cursor AND the hourglass)?

Then we'd still know it is rendering, but also be able to click on things.

EG the top icon, not the bottom one in the attachment.
