The latest nightly build has the V-Ray Toon atmospheric effect.
It can be created in the "Item list", from the "Add Item" menu, under "V-Ray Atmospheres".
It adds toon-style outlines to objects in the scene.
Note that you can connect textures to it using the Schematic. The texture locator for these textures
should have "Projection Type" set to "Front projection" and "Projection camera" set to the current render camera.
You can create multiple V-Ray Toon objects and use their "exclude" list to assign them to different objects in the scene.
Note that connecting textures and changing the value of "Include Child Items" won't update in RT, but you can force the
update by hiding/unhiding the toon object.
