I will be reporting any bug fixes and improvements to texture support for RT GPU in this thread.
For the nightly build from 2016.06.01 I've fixed the Low Value and High Value of the Image Map.

They were incorrectly affecting the texture's alpha in GPU mode, resulting in incorrect blending with the layers below.
The Low Value and High Value channels are used, for example, when importing textures from a .vrscene.
This is where the Output Amount, RGB Offset and RGB Level of 3ds Max image maps will be imported to.
Here is an example from an imported .vrscene.
The first image is the CPU version, then the new GPU version and finally old GPU version.
