Important: Upgrade your V-Ray License Server to the latest version

As part of our ongoing effort to provide you with the best service, we are upgrading our license servers. As a result, all V-Ray beta license servers (version 4.0.x) will stop working as of October 15, 2016.

If you are still running one or more of those servers, please upgrade to the latest version of the license server (version 4.1.0), to ensure uninterrupted access to V-Ray online licensing services.

Yes, that's correct. They are phasing out the previous versions ( 4.0.x ), which were used during the V-Ray for MODO beta, before the official release in July.
