  • Texture locator clutter

I notice when you create a new vray material. It adds a locator, what is the purpose of this locator and is there any reason why you cant hide it in a vray texture folder group on creation automatically?

Really clutters the viewport with these un-needed visual locators for vray mats.

This texture locator is used to specify the UV space for anisotropic materials when "UV vectors derivation" is set to "Specified UVW generator".
I think modo will add the texture locator to the "texture group" folder, it does it when I try.
You can hide texture locators from the view-port controls. There are usually a ton of them.
