Is there a time-frame on Fur being implemented?

The Foundry have implemented new functions in the API (for MODO 801 SP3), but I haven't tried them yet.
As far as I understand they work very similarly to the "Bake geometry cache" command,
so if you are having troubles using that command, the same problems might still be present when I get around to using the new API.
