VRay 3.0 Maya License with 5 VRay 3.0 Render Node Licenses - Use with Modo?

I have VRay 3.0 for Maya with 5 VRay 3.0 Render Nodes. I am making a switch to Modo 901. Will I be able to use my 5 Render Node licenses with Modo 901?
