vray volume scatter material

This volume material looks like the sub-surface scattering part of the V-Ray Fast SSS2 material.
I am not sure but maybe the V-Ray Fast SSS2 material can be used in its place.

Currently we only have a Max implementation of this, but it is on the "to do" list to implement it as a standalone plugin so that it can be added in Modo and Maya.
