Render Crash using Modo API

From a post in another thread. Trying to render out modo fur/hair using vray so I clicked on the Use Render Cache button in the preferences. Vray doesn't render out the fur and I get an error saying "Crash while using the Render Cache API!"

What version of MODO are you using ? There were a lot of fixes to the Render Cache since the initial 901 release.
