Nightlies: changelog_by_date.txt not updated

Dear Vladimir,

just checked the latest nightlies folder - you have a changelog_by_date.txt and the last entry is 18th but the nightly is 24th? Just wanted to check how this works. Is the changelog_by_date.txt just not updated, or are you not listing all changes here?

Just curious because I usually check the changelog before installing to have an idea what has come.

There haven't been any changes since then.

And since this is a "stable" nightly, it doesn't pick up changes from our master development branch either.
When I switch the nightly builds to the master branch, they will be version 3.45.01 to signify that the version is halfway between 3.40 and 3.50.

Also, changelog_by_date.txt only contains changes I make to V-Ray for MODO or fixes to the V-Ray Core that were requested specifically by V-Ray for MODO users.

You can check the build number, currently 26647.
If it doesn't change, this means that there were no changes to the source code, either in V-Ray for MODO or the V-Ray Core.
The automatic builds are not clever enough yet to recognize this and skip the builds.

I thought that the nightly builds were something that you proactivly initiated every time you had made a change. But now that you spelled it out, it makes perfect sense.
