pool depth

I noticed that I have some kind of depth problem on my render on water surface plane..images attached
this happened in real life but i think it's too much on my render... any ideas?

Lower the index of refraction perhaps

I think this is normal.
The shallowing effect depends on the viewing angle too.
If you raise the camera a bit, it won't be so pronounced.
