I don't know how much effort it is to create something like that, it's actually just a GUI to create a command-line render with a couple of settings that can be adjusted to render .vrscene-files. When using "Render with V-Ray Standalone" is used, V-Ray for MODO creates already a .bat-file including some of the settings. You can of course change manually the settings in this .bat-file, but so far i haven't found a suitable solution for batch-rendering several of these .bat-files.
I've created a quick screendesign of how a simple tool could look like, suitable for all versions of v-ray for rendering .vrscene-files. If I'd have even basic programming-skills I'd write it by myself
